A private charter gives you exclusive use of the entire aircraft, no other passengers, no airport queues, and complete control over your schedule. Unlike commercial first class, you depart from your preferred airport or FBO, enjoy customised catering and interiors tailored to your preferences, and experience seamless door-to-door coordination.
How far in advance do I need to book a private charter?
We can often arrange flights with as little as 24–48 hours’ notice, depending on aircraft availability and destination. For complex international or multi-leg journeys, we recommend 7–14 days to allow for optimal aircraft selection, permits, and custom arrangements. Last-minute requests are one of our specialities.
Which destinations can I reach with a private charter from South Africa?
Virtually anywhere. Popular routes include direct flights to other African safari destinations, Europe, the Middle East, Indian Ocean islands, and the Americas. Our long-range aircraft make non-stop intercontinental travel comfortable and efficient.
How does pricing work for private charters?
Pricing is based on aircraft type, flight distance, duration, positioning fees, and any additional services (catering, ground transfers, etc.). We provide fully transparent, itemised quotes with no hidden costs. Every proposal is tailored to your exact requirements, there is no “one size fits all.”
What types of aircraft are available?
We offer a carefully selected range including light jets for shorter regional flights, super-midsize and long-range jets for international travel, and ultra-long-range options for non-stop global journeys. What is your cancellation policy?
Policies vary by aircraft and timing. We strive for maximum flexibility and will advise you clearly during the quoting process. Deposits are generally required to secure the aircraft, with refund conditions outlined transparently.
